Our products are made to order, which means each item is produced after your order is placed. This helps us offer a wider range of sneaker matching designs while reducing unnecessary inventory.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed and sent to production within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.
Production Time
Because our products are made to order, production usually takes 2-5 business days before the order ships.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times may vary based on the destination, carrier, product availability, and seasonal volume.
For U.S. orders, standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after production is complete.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout when available. Some orders may qualify for promotional or free shipping offers if shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If an order is returned, delayed, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to replace or refund the order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows that your package has not moved for several days, please contact us at is.serkancam@gmail.com with your order number. We will review the issue and help where possible.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please check with your household, neighbors, building office, or local carrier first. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

At this time, our store is primarily focused on customers in the United States. If international shipping is available at checkout, delivery times, customs fees, taxes, and import duties may vary by country. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
