Thank you for shopping with My Matching Socks.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, color preference, or change of mind.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at is.serkancam@gmail.com.

Please include:

- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item
- A clear photo of the packaging, if relevant
- A brief description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Return Eligibility

Returns or replacements may be approved only for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Made-to-order products without a production issue
- Items ordered in the wrong size
- Items delayed by the carrier but still in transit
- Items marked as delivered by the carrier
- Items damaged after delivery
- Sale items or gift cards, if applicable

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if production has not started. Because made-to-order items can move into production quickly, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at is.serkancam@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process and post the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error or a confirmed production issue.

Exchanges

We do not offer standard exchanges because each product is made to order. If you received a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item, please contact us and we will review the issue.
